Mark your calendars!! October 10, 2026 is going to be an epic day at Willow Lake in downtown Wimberley with good people, great chili, and live music!!

⏰ SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: 8:00 AM - Gates Open. 9:00 AM - Official Chili Fire Lits & Bar Open. 12:00 PM - Chili Tasting Begins. 2:30 PM - Red River Shootout (OU vs Texas) on the Big Screen. 5:30 PM - Winners Announced. AND:

****This event is dedicated to Lonnie and Nuccia Glasscock. Lonnie started the legendary Rattlesnake Races in Old San Patricio and spent many moons at The Family Ranch in Terlingua, where it all began with the World Championship Chili Cook-Off.
