River Town Relics is a seasoned, high-energy power trio based out of New Braunfels, Texas, known for delivering an engaging mix of classic rock, blues, and funk. Formed in 2022 by South Texas musical journeymen Jarrett Hinds, Lance Sexton, and Chad Newman, the group offers both dynamic electric and intimate acoustic performances tailored to keep dance floors packed and crowds singing along. Ruben V (born Ruben Vela) is an accomplished South Texas blues-rock guitarist, singer, and songwriter who has built a massive following over a career spanning more than four decades. Based out of San Antonio, he has been named the city’s "Best Guitar Player" four times and is widely celebrated for his highly energetic, soulful live performances. His distinctive sound seamlessly fuses smooth classic blues with elements of Latin, soul, and hard-driving rock, allowing him to share the stage with music icons like B.B. King, Buddy Guy, and Robert Cray.
