Every Thursday night at 6:00pm, we’re spinning it old school at Willow Lake Watering Hole & Mercantile in Wimberley, TX with our weekly Vinyl Potluck hosted by our very own Joey Clontz! Bring your favorite records, swap stories, share tracks, and vibe with fellow music lovers under the Hill Country sky. Whether it’s classic rock, old soul, outlaw country, or funky grooves—if it’s on vinyl, it’s welcome.

Erik Flores is a Texas singer-songwriter whose stories and music shed a little light on the things we all seem to face from time to time. Erik started his career in Austin, Texas and after a handful of loud and eclectic years, he eventually found himself in Los Angeles where he reconnected with his love of Americana/Country music. After starting the band Fairbanks & the Lonesome Light, gaining some notoriety and releasing two albums, he returned home to Texas and landed in the small Hill Country town of Driftwood where he continues to write and record. Erik’s solo performances pull from an ever-growing collection of new songs, but lean a little harder into his classic Texas influences. You do NOT want to miss this one!! See you at 7:30pm. Chasing Tigers is a local groove rock band based in San Marcos. Led by guitarist and vocalist Carson Weems and keyboardist Miles Love, the band has become a staple of the local music scene, frequently performing at popular venues and having the crowd dancing on their feet. You do not want to miss this one, show starts at 7:30pm.

Wolf Trax is an energetic, Austin, TX-based blues, funk, and soul band known for their groovy sound, original music, and covers of classics by artists like John Lee Hooker and Muddy Waters, featuring Josh Field (vocals, harmonica) and a rotating lineup of talented musicians, popular in the local ATX music scene for their live shows at venues like Antone's, The Armadillo Den, and Still Austin Whiskey Co.. Back by popular demand, Mandatory Merle is a Texas-based tribute band that pays homage to the legendary country artist Merle Haggard. They also perform music by other artists who influenced Haggard or were in the same musical vein, including George Jones, Buck Owens, and Charley Crockett. Show starts at 8pm!

Sunday Afternoon just got better! Riley Amanda & The MMMs (consisting of Marc Utter, Mo Moses, and Miles Adams) produce an emotionally rich, genre-blending mix of folk, Americana, and jazz. Riley was the inaugural winner of the Woody Guthrie Folk Festival Youth Talent Competition in 2018 and has performed across Texas from the hill country to Terlingua. Come check out this incredibly talented group for a 2pm afternoon show!

Matt Kirk is a prominent Americana singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist based here in The Hill Country. He has played prominent venues across the state including the legendary Gruene Hall! Kim Meeks and Her Bad Habits play a mix of blues, rock, and country music. They are a staple of The Texas Hill Country and put on an incredible show!
